** Our rate per standard session includes 30 minutes before and after for setup and breakdown + up to 1 hour of recording time. Monthly plans cover up to 2 participants, with the option to add up to 2 more for a total of 4 using add-on upgrades.

First and last month's fees are required to start your monthly subscription. Initial payment is non-refundable. Sessions hours are non-transferable. There is no long-term commitment and you can cancel at anytime. Let's create!

Perfect for those who want convenience, flexibility, and a stress-free experience year-round.

  • To ensure availability, we recommend booking 1 month in advance. However, with our CREATOR, PARTNER and LUXE Plans, you get priority access to preferred time slots.

  • Yes! Our normal booking hours give you access to the studio from 9AM to 4PM, Monday - Friday.  Our PARTNER and LUXE members have access to exclusive Studio access : 7AM to 8PM, Monday - Saturday!

  • Absolutely! Our Custom Logo Creation service includes:
       •    A 1-hour consultation to discuss your vision

       •    Up to 3 revisions to ensure the perfect final design

  • You can reach out to our support team via email or phone during business hours. If you’re part of our Annual Booking Plan, you also get concierge support for faster assistance.

  • We allow rescheduling with at least 24-hour notice. Cancellations may be subject to a fee depending on the timing. Please check our Cancellation Policy for details.

  • We adjust your setup to accommodate any group size (within reason and subject to approval), whether you’re recording alone or with a smaller group. We do however have equipment limitations.   For instance, we have up to a 6 microphone max for Podcasts.  Camera angles?  Typically we rock 3 cameras but we could expand up to 5.  *Any expansions beyond 4 mics and 3 cameras come with an upgrade charge.

  • A basic edit of your session will typically be delivered within 24 hours! If you request additional editing or social media clips, those are typically delivered within 72 hours.

  • Generally, we provide the finalized recording rather than separate files. However, if you need isolated audio and video from each source for more detailed editing on your end, we can accommodate this. You’ll need to provide a compatible Solid State Drive (SSD) with a minimum of (1TB Available Space).
